We are seeking a Campus Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team in Spain. As a Campus Recruiter & Talent Acquisition Specialist at Nutreco, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent from universities and colleges, and leading the full life cycle hiring process for our business operations within Spain. Your innovative ideas, strategic approach, and strong interpersonal skills will contribute to the growth and success of our organization while providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
About The Role: Shaping the Future of Recruitment Excellence Campus Recruitment Responsibilities (60% of your time):
Develop innovative recruitment strategies supported by data insights to attract top talent.
Establish and maintain relationships with universities and student groups to attract talent.
Spearhead employer branding initiatives to promote both our corporate and business brands to world-class early careers professionals positioning us as an employer of choice.
Plan and execute on-campus events and presentations to promote Nutreco as an employer of choice.
Conduct engaging interviews and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
Talent Acquisition Responsibilities (40% of your time):
Lead the full hiring process, from consulting with hiring managers to debrief meetings, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Make impactful decisions throughout the recruitment process to secure top talent for Nutreco.
Develop tailored recruitment strategies and effectively manage branding and communications to attract and retain top talent.
Build a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking efforts.
Skills and Expertise Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in Organizational Psychology, or HR-related field.
At least 5 years of relevant experience within recruitment, with 2-3 years focused on campus recruitment.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and other key stakeholders from various levels.
