Solicitor (Commercial Litigation - Construction)

If you're adaptable, ambitious, and ready to make an impact, we want you on our team!Key ResponsibilitiesManage a varied workload with confidence, acting as a key client contact while showcasing your expertise and delivering exceptional results.Exercise full compliance with DAC Beachcroft protocols on billing and credit control and demonstrate a high level of financial management in respect of own files.Actively identify and capitalise on business development opportunities and marketing activity for team clients and own contacts.Aim to achieve a minimum budgeted annual target of 1440 chargeable hours per year.Participate in and initiate marketing/network activities in order to maintain and develop work from existing and potential clients.Present and assist in client and other external seminars, partaking in pitches and contributing positively to business development.Maintain and develop technical knowledge through leading and attending training sessions, reading appropriate publications and exceeding Law Society CPD requirements.Handle confidential data in line with the firm's data security protocols.The Ideal CandidateNewly qualified solicitor, ideally with commercial litigation/dispute resolution experience.Strong relationship and client handling skills, with the ability to confidently and professionally manage day-to-day issues.Able to demonstrate a good level of self-sufficiency, balancing confidence with an awareness of own competence/authority.Change oriented with a positive, flexible approach towards the implementation of new initiatives.Team oriented and collegiate with a willingness to share knowledge with and support other members of the team.Willingness to work hard as part of a highly ambitious and driven team to help it continue to develop and to achieve its objectives.#J-18808-Ljbffr
