Our National team deals with all aspects of defendant litigation, including complex and catastrophic injury.
The complex injury team works on behalf of insurance companies and corporates, investigating and resolving high-value personal injury compensation claims.What's in it for you?
As well as offering high levels of flexibility and a great work-life balance, we offer a well-rounded remuneration package alongside real opportunities for growth and progression.What you will doEffectively running the file to ensure deadlines are met and cases managed proactively to conclusionTo assist more senior fee earners on more complex and higher value cases and Partners on multi-million-pound claimsEnsure work is carried out effectively to meet the needs of the clients, the commercial requirements of the firm, and the quality standardsContribute to Business Development and client relationship activity in support of the Client Relationship Partner where requiredMaintaining and developing technical knowledge through attendance at training sessions and reading appropriate publicationsWho you arePrevious Experience of working or assisting on Cat PI claimsA high level of personal compliance with firm protocols and proceduresGood legal knowledge relevant to their area of expertiseAn ability to adopt a commercial perspective to legal issuesTeam-oriented and collegiate with a willingness to share knowledge with and support other members of the teamExcellent relationship and client handling skills.
