.Solicitor – Casualty Injury – NationwideJob Introduction DAC Beachcroft is looking to appoint an experienced paralegal, Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join our Casualty Injury Team, this is a role working with a partner and Team Manager assisting on complex high value employers and public liability claims with a value predominantly over £250k. There will also be an opportunity for the candidate to run their own caseload of cases with a value of up to £100k if they so wish. Our National team whose clients are a mix of leading names in the insurance industry as well as household name corporates, deal with all aspects of defendant litigation, to include catastrophic injury, clinical negligence, motor, casualty, disease, product, professional negligence and health and safety. Increasingly, the team is getting involved in pre-emptive advice on these issues as well as dispute resolution. What's in it for you?
