Residential solar company,Sunhero, whose founders have more than 25 years of experience launching companies in international markets, are looking for a Solar Project Manager in Barcelona.Responsibilities:Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders.Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget.Manage logistics, schedules, and general tasks of the projects.Ensure all project deliverables and documents are available on our CRM and ensure they adhere to quality standards.Monitor progress against the project timeline and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure milestones are achieved.Enhance customer satisfaction by consistently updating project status and validating project specifications through effective communication.Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.Successful delivery of our solar panel systems for our customers, managing internal and external partners.Additionally, the person in this position will work on strategic projects to increase customer satisfaction and build scalable solutions.This role will allow you to take responsibility from day one and participate in the expansion of Sunhero to help us accelerate the transition to solar energy in Spain.Minimum Requirements:+3 years of work experience in an operations or technical role, preferably in a fast-moving environmentPrevious experience in the solar industry is desirable but not a mustExcellent client-facing and internal communication skills.Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.An entrepreneurial mindset and proven ability to find innovative solutions to challenging problemsHigh tolerance for ambiguity and a demonstrated ability to over-deliver on customer's expectationsAn unparalleled curiosity to learn and challenge the status quoA native Spanish speaker and fluent in English.Interested parties may send their CV here.
