RWE Renewables UK Management Ltd.To start as soon as possible, Full time, PermanentSolar Integration EngineerResponsibilities:Drive understanding and assist countries in the development of maintenance strategies for solar and implement into SAP.Assist countries to develop work orders and work instructions for site-based works.Train team members in solar O&M work practices and techniques.Train technicians and teams on digital tools use (Solar Scada/SAP/CURT/AMS).Assist in developing HV strategies for countries and management of assets.Be a point of contact for technicians as solar technology expert.Assist in tangible projects for other technologies – BESS integration.Provide advice to development teams on O&M best practices.Assist in the development of digital tools for use in the field.Requirements:Substantial knowledge in Solar technologies at utility scale - preferably in O&M phase.Understanding of Solar maintenance requirements.Understanding of RWE operations tools / Backbone network.Technical understanding of Solar inverters & equipment.Understanding of Scada in solar farms / wind farms / BESS.Ability to interact well with other team members.Degree level education in Electrical engineering (or similar) or renewables specific training.Travel required 20%.#J-18808-Ljbffr
