Solar Integration Engineer - A280

RWE Renewables UK Management Ltd. To start as soon as possible, Full time, Permanent Solar Integration Engineer Responsibilities: Drive understanding and assist countries in the development of maintenance strategies for solar and implement into SAP. Assist countries to develop work orders and work instructions for site-based works. Train team members in solar O&M work practices and techniques. Train technicians and teams on digital tools use (Solar Scada/SAP/CURT/AMS). Assist in developing HV strategies for countries and management of assets. Be a point of contact for technicians as solar technology expert. Assist in tangible projects for other technologies – BESS integration. Provide advice to development teams on O&M best practices. Assist in the development of digital tools for use in the field. Requirements: Substantial knowledge in Solar technologies at utility scale - preferably in O&M phase. Understanding of Solar maintenance requirements. Understanding of RWE operations tools / Backbone network. Technical understanding of Solar inverters & equipment. Understanding of Scada in solar farms / wind farms / BESS. Ability to interact well with other team members. Degree level education in Electrical engineering (or similar) or renewables specific training. Travel required 20%.
