The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial sales, business development, and partnership management. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills, who can create and manage key partnerships, onboard new collaborators, and support them in achieving success.The position is located in Barcelona, with possibility of traveling nationally.Key RequirementsProven mastery in high-value B2C sales as a Business Developer & Sales ManagerExpertise in cultivating strong relationships with elite partners.Fluency in Dutch/German, proficiency in English, Spanish as a bonus.Exceptional networking skills with a history of liaising with premium real estate agencies, expat communities, and international schools.Your MissionStrategize and execute innovative sales partnerships that can help the company achieve its growth objectives.Follow through with partners, provide ongoing training and support to help them succeed, including sales training, product education, and technical support.Understand partner necessities and develop the relationship in order to increase the number of solar leads received from the partner channel.Collaborate with sales managers and help them close solar deals coming from these partners.Integrate solar, EV chargers, and heat pumps into the lifestyle of high-end residences.Ideal CandidateBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Renewable Energy, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of commercial sales or business development experience, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.Proven track record of developing and managing successful partnerships.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.Basic English is requiredUnderstanding of the residential solar market in Spain is a plusWillingness to travel within Spain when needed.PerksCompetitive salary in a full-time permanent role.Flexible schedule with hybrid working options.Generous vacation policy and gym benefits
