Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Software Testing / QA Specialist to join our QA team. This role involves ensuring that website and app changes and new features are successfully implemented according to pre-planned specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and quality assurance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and support teams.
Key Responsibilities:Software Testing: Follow established processes for software testing and quality assurance.Feature Verification: Assist the engineering team by testing new features and comparing them with specified requirements to ensure everything is working as expected.Issue Reporting: Collaborate with the engineering and support teams to identify, report, and resolve bugs and issues.Communication: Provide timely updates to the internal team regarding the status of QA processes and testing.Task Completion: Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner.Qualifications:Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required.Experience: Previous experience in software testing and quality assurance is essential.Technical Skills: Familiarity with Google Suite and Slack is required; experience with Linear is a plus but not mandatory.Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in testing processes.Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members.Nice-to-Haves: Experience with app testing on iPhone and Android platforms.Please note: To ensure prompt processing of your application, we kindly request that you submit your resume and intro video in English format.
