Software Tester / Qa Lead

This is a lead role that will be accountable to develop Test Strategy & Plans. This role will have daily oversight over 15+ Consultants.
Ideal candidate will have substantial experience overseeing testing efforts for complex implementations. Must have experience developing and presenting to Sr Leadership across Business and Technology.
Requisitos
Must Have:

10+ years of overall experience
6+ years of leading testing of Data initiatives including Data migration, Data transformation and Data Quality Validation Tests (DQVT)
Strong program delivery skills to coordinate the activities with multiple project team members in onsite / nearshore / offshore model.
Experience in Data Modernization Programs - interacting with Business and IT teams to drive requirements, solution design, implementation, and data validations.
Good at stakeholder communication with oral, written, and presentation skills.
Leadership Skills
Strong Communication
Experience with Test Strategy
Data Transformation experience

Nice to Have:

3+ years of Snowflake DB Testing experience with strong SQL skills
Experience in any cloud platform - AWS, Azure, GCP.
