That's our story. Make it your story. Your role and responsibilities• Work on sustainable digital solutions for our industrial customers, including energy management and process information systems
• Manage customer systems in remotely accessed Windows Server environments
• Configure customer-specific calculations, displays, communication interfaces and reports
• Conduct software testing, commissioning, and documentation
• Troubleshoot errors and communicate with B2B customers to provide training and support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of software services
• Continuously improve and optimize our software services to meet changing customer needs and industry standards
• Participate in product testing and quality assurance to ensure the high quality of our software services
• Travel to customer sites in Spain and abroad as needed
Qualifications for the roleBachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Process Automation, Energy technology or related fieldsSoftware development basics using C# and understanding of real-time and SQL databasesWindows sysadmin experienceStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsCustomer-oriented team player with good communication skillsActive, self-sufficient and open-mindedPassionate about industrial digitalization and energy management and the ability to quickly learn new working environmentsGood spoken and written skills in English and SpanishMore about usWe value people from different backgrounds.
