Software Service Engineer

Your role and responsibilities ? Work on sustainable digital solutions for our industrial customers, including energy management and process information systems? Manage customer systems in remotely accessed Windows Server environments? Configure customer-specific calculations, displays, communication interfaces and reports? Conduct software testing, commissioning, and documentation? Troubleshoot errors and communicate with B2B customers to provide training and support? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of software services? Continuously improve and optimize our software services to meet changing customer needs and industry standards? Participate in product testing and quality assurance to ensure the high quality of our software services? Travel to customer sites in Spain and abroad as needed Qualifications for the role Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Process Automation, Energy technology or related fields Software development basics using C# and understanding of real-time and SQL databases Windows sysadmin experience Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Customer-oriented team player with good communication skills Active, self-sufficient and open-minded Passionate about industrial digitalization and energy management and the ability to quickly learn new working environments Good spoken and written skills in English and Spanish What's in it for you?
