Purpose of the position As Global Manager of Software and Digital Transformation for Universal Enclosures LOB, you and your direct team are the owners of the Software evolution Roadmap and Budget, plus the enrichment of our digital twins to provide a better customer experience in ISV, WEB, eCommerce.
You will prioritize our development depending on the product roadmap, marketing intent, other Schneider synergies, and customer feedback using Agile methodology.
In this position, in addition to the direct management of 5 people (Software engineer and CAD engineer mainly), you must ensure the right subcontractor model to secure delivery in line with commitments and budget.
The measurement of customer experience and usage of our tools must be improved by a better analytics model.

Many interfaces: digital marketing, Schneider Software team, Suppliers, R&D, customer marketing, offer marketing, marketing communication, data manager.
The position is based in Grenoble or Molins de Rey site – Travel is to be expected.
Training and experience Type of training (nature, level): Bac + 5 in the field of Software engineering with experience in Software management (sales experience is a plus).
English is a must; Spanish and French are a plus.
