The ideal candidate will bring expertise in License Compliance and Anti-Piracy, along with strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Key responsibilities include conducting investigations, analyzing software usage data, preparing reports, and negotiating agreements with companies, all while effectively managing involved parties.SolidCAM's License Compliance Program safeguards the company's intellectual property by identifying and addressing unauthorized software use globally through advanced monitoring technologies.
This program protects both SolidCAM and its customers from the legal, financial, and cybersecurity risks associated with unlicensed software.Our team's mission is to reduce non-compliant software use by constructively addressing issues and creating opportunities for the future.
The License Compliance team collaborates closely with sales partners, legal experts, and internal departments to identify misuse, engage with infringing parties, and resolve cases through negotiated solutions or, when necessary, legal action.
Key responsibilities · Conduct investigations and research related to software piracy.· Analyse data, prepare reports, and engage with companies to reach commercial agreements.· Communicate professionally and efficiently with legal partners and third parties.· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of services.· Manage a case pipeline and ensure the successful closure of cases.· Maintain accurate records.Skills & Requirements· Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in areas such as license compliance and anti-piracy within the software industry, preferably in CAD-CAM.· At least 3 years of experience in negotiation, sales, business, or data analysis management.· Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic background.· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with peers and leadership.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel).· Strong commitment to integrity and confidentiality.· Cultural awareness and sensitivity in working with global clients and partners.· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.· Skilled in objection handling.· Proficiency in English is required.· Occasional travel may be required for training sessions or key project meetings.· A business ownership mindset to monitor revenue streams and prioritize tasks efficiently.Preferred qualifications· Additional languages - an advantage.· Knowledge of Compliance Software: Familiarity with Revenera Compliance Intelligence· Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.What we offer· Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team.· Professional development and growth opportunities.· Full remote working flexibility.Ready to join SolidCAM Spain?
