The company employs approximately 92,000 people and sells products to customers in more than 175 countries.What you'll do:As a technical leader within EMEA, our new colleague will be working on EPMS/DCIM/SCADA projects in a field to provide a first-class on-site service to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsible for providing field service for customers in the areas of hardware/software installation, startup, maintenance, debugging, and training of EPMS, DCIM, and SCADA systems.Provide on-site hardware installation and software pre-configuration of Power Management and control systems and next-generation Power Monitoring and SCADA platforms.Work with software configuration engineer on site to implement system integration, installation, start-up, maintenance, debugging, pre-configuration, pre-commissioning, FAT, SAT, and training.Work with and provide troubleshooting and technical support for junior Field Service Representatives as they execute jobs in the field.Support other junior engineers and create a collaborative, can-do, result-oriented working environment within the team.Demonstrate safety consciousness in equipment handling, electrical and electronic procedures, and the unique situations encountered at diverse work sites. Assist with procurement and maintenance of PPE for field resources.Provide timely, detailed, and accurate site reports on service work performed, product performance, and warranty liabilities to company expense and time allocation.Provide project execution team feedback and contribute to working process, engineering capability, and resource review.Work with senior management for hiring, training, coaching, and team building.Provide customers with basic technical support and on-site information via phone or on-site consultation.Qualifications:Computer science, electrical engineering background, suitable education/qualifications.Relevant years of service experience, providing field service for engineering projects of complex working scope.Skills:Familiarity with EPMS/DCIM/BMS software offerings as well as associated products such as SQL and MS/Linux OS.Networking knowledge and certifications.Virtualization experience (VMware, Hyper-V).Teamwork, communication skills, customer focus, flexibility.Ability to work together with different cultures and follow instructions.Mobility to travel within the EMEA on short notice.We OfferBeing part of a company that has been in business for more than 100 years, is well known in the industry, and has a major impact on the energy industry
