The company employs approximately 92,000 people and sells products to customers in more than 175 countries.What you'll do:As a technical leader within EMEA, our new colleague will be working on EPMS/DCIM/SCADA projects in a field to provide a first-class on-site service to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsible for providing field service for customers in the areas of hardware/software installation, startup, maintenance, de-bug, and training of EPMS, DCIM, and SCADA systems.Provide on-site hardware installation and software pre-configuration of Power Management and control systems and next-generation Power Monitoring and SCADA platforms.Work with software configuration engineers on site to implement system integration, installation, start-up, maintenance, de-bugging, pre-configuration, pre-commissioning, FAT, SAT, and training.Work with and provide troubleshooting and technical support for junior Field Service Representatives as they execute jobs in the field.Support junior engineers and create a collaborative, can-do, result-oriented working environment within the team.Demonstrate safety consciousness in equipment handling, electrical and electronic procedures, and the unique situations encountered at diverse work sites.
