HP's Engineering Solution team is looking for a Software Product Owner to drive solutions for our business partners, specifically in Industrial Print, Large-Format Print, 3D Printing, and Mixed Reality solutions across various HP businesses.
The Software Product Owner is a pivotal role within the software development team, responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the software product.
They act as the primary liaison between the stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that the product aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
If you are an SW Engineer professional with a customer-centric mindset, tech-savvy, and an experienced product owner, you are the ideal candidate.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Define and prioritize the product backlog, creating clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of the product vision and roadmap.Act as the voice of the customer, gathering and synthesizing customer feedback and market research to inform product decisions.Work with business partners to agree on accepted story completion, ensuring continuous improvement and delivery of value.Monitor product performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize for customer satisfaction and business impact.Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.Keep abreast of Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends.Manage project portfolio priorities and budget.JOB REQUIREMENTS:BA or BS degree in Computer Science or Telecommunications.Proven experience working in globally distributed virtual teams.Typically, 5+ years of project/product management experience.Project Management Agile certifications are a plus (SAFe, SCRUM, PMP, Green/Black Belt, etc.
