Role Spotlight: Software Engineering Lead Are you ready to lead the charge in software engineering excellence? As a Software Engineering Lead, you'll spearhead our Web Application Platform, guiding a talented team to deliver projects of the highest quality within strict timelines. You won't just provide technical leadership; you'll also collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide the development team, fostering innovation and collaboration.Project Management: Lead project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget.Coding and Development: Lead by example through hands-on coding, code reviews, and implementing best practices.Stakeholder Engagement: Interface with internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating project status and technical solutions.Process Improvement: Advocate for agile development practices, driving continuous improvement and optimizing productivity.Documentation: Ensure thorough documentation of code, architectural designs, and project artifacts, promoting knowledge sharing.Requirements & Qualifications: Experience & Knowledge: Previous experience in cloud software development, coordination of development teams, and working in an agile environment.Technologies and Techniques: Strong proficiency in Typescript, NestJS, VueJS, GraphQL, REST, DevOps, CICD, and infrastructure as code.Core Competencies: Analytical mindset, strong coordination skills, operational focus, and fluency in English.Terms of Employment: This role involves collaboration in a global and agile environment, with English as the primary working language.Occasional business trips to other Sanofi sites may be required.Location: This exciting opportunity is based in vibrant Barcelona, Spain.
