Software Engineer - Team Lead

What You'll Do: The Global Automation team develops and runs a wide range of solutions to empower Criteo's commercial and operations teams. We build scalable systems, applications, APIs, and UIs to provide first-class service. As a Team Lead, you will manage a multicultural team of engineers developing critical solutions in Global Automation. You will lead agile practices, participate in hiring, mentor engineers, collaborate with stakeholders, and write efficient code in Python.
Who You Are: Have Bachelor's/Master's degree in Software Engineering or related field.
Passionate about leading Agile teams.
Enthusiastic about software development, best practices, and clean code.
Experienced in delivering quality software products in Python.
Critical thinker with problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Bonus: Good understanding of security best practices, hands-on experience with data science or machine learning, knowledge in alerting stacks like Prometheus, experience with ETL pipelines.
