Your role and work environment:
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Software Engineer/Product Owner to join our WholeSale Bank Squad Team of Internal Customer tribe .
Your key responsibilities:
As a Internal Customer Software Engineer/Product Owner , you will:
Ensure the purpose of your Squad is aligned with the Tribe's purpose and your main stakeholders.
Help your Squad to deliver value incrementally and iteratively.
Deliver input for the QBR cycle to the Area Lead on status and plans, along with impediments, improvements, and dependencies.
Update your Tribe and other POs on new developments that can have an impact on the portfolio, and discuss progress and impediments.
Provide the "What" and the "Why" (the functional perspective) and ensure that Squad improvement and development ideas are aligned with the product vision and how to get there.
Clarify the value of the work items and help the Squad to get them into a state of readiness.
Bring a prioritized backlog and help your Squad use their expertise to come up with a Sprint goal.
Be accountable for getting feedback from your stakeholders regarding the output of your Sprint.
In your tribe along with the Area Lead and ITAL:
Maintain high standards in our stakeholder management.
Add value to the business.
Help improve our delivery practices.
Be responsible for the transformation agenda applicable to the assets of the domain.
Ensure alignment with group standards.
Ensure the required levels of service in all environments with the assets under scope.
