What you'll be doing Enhancing and building Core Platform Improving the developer experience by upgrading internal libraries and frameworks Contributing to our Eventstore Platform Contributing to open source internal libraries What you'll need Fluency with Java 6+ years of experience in backend development Experience with distributed systems, CI/CD A bachelor's degree in computer science, maths, physics, or similar field To be a quick learner with an ambitious attitude and results-driven personality The ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and organisational skills Fluency in English Nice to have Experience with Kotlin or Scala Experience in finance Experience in a start-up or scale-up Experience in a product-focused environment Compensation range Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
