What you'll need

Java (Scala a plus but not required)

Any parallelization framework (Spark, Flink, Akka) a plus

Practical experience with infrastructure (Terraform, any layer on top of HW a plus but not mandatory, K8s, etc.). Preferably worked with cloud.

TDD or similar framework.

Familiarity with storage solutions (can be key-value stores, dbs).
