MISSION Design and implement solutions for both low-level Firmware in Power Electronics or control, as well as higher-level software layers, including object-oriented programming, WebSocket, and WebServer. Knowledge in EV protocols such as OCPP 1.6, 2.0.1, and CAN. Proactive character both in methodology and in the integration of new technologies. The environment in which it operates must respond to a multitude of technological challenges from different areas, and it must be able to detect the best technology or process and implement the solution desired by the client. FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Design and implement Firmware (and Software) for assigned projects, ensuring their quality, testability, and maintainability. Successfully complete the development and fine-tuning of Firmware/Software for the assigned project in terms of: design, manufacturing, timing, budget, quality, and safety. Work within the product team alongside other Hardware and Software engineers, from design stage through implementation, testing, and maintenance. Develop Firmware and Software for various products. Collaborate in defining detailed planning, together with the Business Unit Director. Provide customer support regarding product functionality and develop automation tools for process verification and code validation. Work on the HIL/SIL model to design and test the product concurrently with Hardware manufacturing. Continuous improvement mindset, introducing new technologies or processes to enhance efficiency in both development time (TTM) and manufacturing. Take responsibility for the work done and its quality with expertise in EV communications and protocols such as OCPP, CAN, CCS DIN 70121, and ISO15118. Integration into continuous and automatic test systems to ensure the stability and maintainability of the software/firmware. Compliance with customer specifications and required regulations for the new device. #J-18808-Ljbffr
