Software Engineer

Responsibilities: Build a fully functioning Client Relationship Management software after careful analysis of user requirements Write and test code, refine and rewrite as necessary depending on stakeholder needs Present key findings and recommendations based on the results of testing Deploy program and evaluate user feedback Investigate new and applicable technologies Monitor and correct software defects Write systems to control the scheduling of activities/reports and the access allowed to users or remote systems Write documentation on the system workflow and conduct training on the proper use and maintenance of the software Requirements and Skills: Proven working experience in developing and executing software building and development Deep knowledge of CRMs and Workforce management tools Strong project management, business acumen, and decision-making skills Experience in creating/developing CRM software and mobile applications Proficient in different programming languages Ability to explain complex issues and other technical aspects in a clear and concise manner Great attention to detail and high level of commitment and organization Awareness of current issues affecting the industry and its technologies Excellent leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills focusing on significance, depth, and breadth
