MadridFull time Kapsch TrafficCom develops smart solutions to make mobility safer, more sustainable and efficient for everybody. We design, build and operate traffic management systems including connected vehicles technology and mobility demand management as well as tolling services for cities, roads, tunnels and bridges around the world. We develop data and video analytics platforms, building on state-of-the-art technologies including AI, machine learning, big data and cloud services to enable the digitalization of mobility.
Your responsibilities:
Guide a team of software developers through the entire professional and development lifecycle
Motivate and support those you lead by example
Build, train and maintain a team living collaboration, high-performance and trust
Lead team members to support them being successful and advance in their careers
Foster open communication, conduct regular growth talks and performance reviews
Managing team dynamic, encourage people being responsible to achieve common goals efficiently
Contribute to our business models and technical concepts to deliver value to our customers
Shape change by commercial and technological decisions proficiently
Contribute to our software products and projects, support tender and bid business
Close cooperation and communication with stakeholders
What we're looking for:
Great passion for tech teams & software development
At least 2 years of relevant work experience as a team lead
Degree in Software Engineering, Information-Technology or equivalent practical experience
Education or trainings in organizational and team-related aspects
Scrum-Master or Product-Owner certification is a plus
Knowledge of Data- and SaaS-business of advantage
Decisive and solution driven personality, strong problem solver
Passion to drive collaboration and deliver high-quality across teams
You practice and live the agile mindset
Very good command of English and Spanish
