Lead a team of software developers in developing, and deploying cutting edge software solutions using Agile methodologies. ? Utilize project management tools such as Jira to effectively manage project workflows, sprints, and backlogs. ? Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions. ? Lead the software development lifecycle, focusing on development, testing, and deployment. ? Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. ? Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, prioritize tasks, and plan development sprints. ? Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and software quality. ? Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. Requirements: ? Flawless English communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex technical concepts is essential. ? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. ? 5+ years of experience in software development. ? 2+ years of experience leading software development teams in Agile environments. ? Extensive experience with Node.js, React, MySQL, MongoDB, Git, WebSockets, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD). ? Familiarity with microservices architecture and related technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Service Mesh) (a plus). ? AWS certification (a plus). ? Prior experience working with US-based management (a plus) ? Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
