We seek them out and invite them in so we can tap into the collective power of everyone in the company.As a result, our customers are better served.QualificationsRequired / Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical discipline.Years of software engineering and product development experience in the industry.Years of proven track record of shipping end-user software services or products.Years of in-depth object-oriented programming experience in (not limited to) Java / C++ / C#.Equal ability in reading and enhancing existing code as well as writing entirely new code from scratch.Other RequirementsAbility to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
