Amazon's Customer Service (CS) department is seeking an experienced software development engineer (SDE) to join the team. Key Job ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will work within the Consumer Tech and Product (CTAP) team and own the delivery of technical changes from a strong roadmap of projects. The projects range from introducing new self-service workflows for customers to access from the website to new Email, Push, and SMS notifications. The candidate will gain a vast amount of experience in a short time period by working with various technical teams from across the globe on an away team model basis.
A day in the life: As a Software Development Engineer in CTAP, you will take the lead on building innovative solutions to address the root causes of defects. You will also own the technical relationships with the business teams. You will have a strong bias for action, invent and simplify, insist on the highest standards, and deliver results.
