Let's meet!Your kind of challenge?You will work on the myProtime part of our solution: our tool that focuses on user-friendliness and simplicity for performing both configuration tasks and daily HR tasks. It is a web application that uses the latest front-end technologies and advanced back-end technologies such as CQRS and event sourcing. Our solution consists of various modules and is mainly built with the Microsoft stack (Windows, .Net, C#, SQL Server, etc.). That can involve elevating an existing functionality, proposing and developing something new, or fundamentally rethinking how we do certain things (continuous improvement mindset). Initiative is strongly encouraged.You will guide the team and lead our juniors in the right direction.You will ensure a good balance between quality and delivery efficiency. The team is supported by several roles including Product Owners, DevOps Engineers, and UI/UX designers. Divided into feature teams, we work according to Kanban and DDD principles, with teamwork at the core.Think you're up for this?You have solid expertise in .NET.Clean coding / rules of simple design and design patterns hold no secrets for you.You are capable of writing well-structured HTML and have solid knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript.You are aware of the main trends in web development.We expect you to have the necessary knowledge of TDD and web services / service-oriented infrastructure.Knowledge of DDD, BDD, event storming, CQRS, and/or event sourcing is a plus.As a Senior Developer, you can take initiative, motivate your colleagues, and play a leading role.You have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.You feel at home in an international, fast-growing environment.What makes Protime the place to be for you?Protime is a growth company with an international mindset.
