The Lengow Tech Services Team is dedicated to creating custom scripts for our customers. All these scripts are part of a Django project and format the data for our customers in various ways. Our team's main goal is to perform and deliver technical solutions to offer our customers better data to integrate into the Lengow Solution.
We are seeking a skilled and confirmed Python developer to join our Tech Services team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Python development, a clear understanding of clean architecture principles, and a background in CI/CD practices, particularly using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our team application, ensuring it is scalable, maintainable, and robust.
Your main tasks would be as follows: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Python custom scripts. Implement and advocate for clean architecture principles to ensure a scalable, maintainable, and testable codebase. Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to uphold best practices and coding standards. Work closely with cross-functional teams including DevOps, Support, Account Managers, Project Managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Develop and maintain unit tests to ensure software quality and reliability. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for code, architecture, and CI/CD processes. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the development process. Take care of support tickets, communicate closely with customers to fix issues, and participate in direct calls with customers to understand their needs and provide smart and reliable technical solutions.
