Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews: The average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position. During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
Experience:Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development.Strong experience in backend development with Python or Java.Frontend development experience with Angular, JavaScript, or React.Technical Skills:Knowledge and experience in DevOps, including CI/CD.Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.Experience using AWS services.Ability to implement and manage unit and integration tests.Interpersonal Skills:Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Fullstack Development:Develop and maintain fullstack web applications, both frontend and backend.Implement scalable and high-performance solutions using modern technologies.Backend Development:Develop and maintain backend services using Python.Design and manage relational and non-relational databases.Frontend Development:Create interactive and responsive user interfaces using Angular, JavaScript, or React.Collaborate with designers to implement high-quality, user-friendly designs.DevOps and Infrastructure Management:Implement and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.Configure and maintain development and production environments on AWS.Manage and orchestrate containers using Kubernetes.Test Automation:Develop and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.Implement automation practices to improve development efficiency.Design and Architecture:Participate in the design and architecture of new features and services.Collaborate with other teams to define technical and functional requirements.Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with other developers, designers, and stakeholders.Participate in code reviews and promote best development practices.WHY US?
