Serverless computing offers customers an exciting new way to create applications, turn business logic and application code into scalable, fault-tolerant production systems without requiring them to be experts in distributed systems, deployment technologies, and infrastructure management.
In this role you will work with the team to build the new generic platform by using the latest AWS technologies.
You will need to solve interesting technical challenges with creative ideas in the domain combined by event-driven applications and Serverless technologies.
You will build features for the distributed and large-scale system which will handle billions or trillions of transactions.

Key Job ResponsibilitiesAs an SDE II in the team, you are expected to lead the design of the feature in new or existing systems.
You will work with senior and junior members in the team to build and launch the feature.
You will make sure enough testing has been done to maintain the quality of the delivered software.
You will join the on-call rotation to help solve customer issues in the production system.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and existing systems experienceExperience programming with at least one software programming languagePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experienceBachelor's degree in computer science or equivalentAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
