We own products ranging from Data Lakes to tools for science experimentation, MLOps, GenAIOps, and analytics to web applications and software solutions integrated with other Amazon systems. Robust, user-friendly software solutions, along with data security and privacy, are our top concerns.We are looking for a software engineer to create distributed systems and platforms to transform and model data, and research all aspects of HR, including: workforce planning, recruiting, employee engagement, retention, development, employee benefits, and compensation.As a Software Engineer, you will collaborate with economists, academic scholars, machine learning scientists and other SDEs across the company to develop, test, and deploy services that implement a wide range of econometric and machine learning models.
