Position ObjectiveL'olivier needs a Community of Practice Leader for its Architecture Community. The job position is a new position, starting as soon as possible. It is a permanent position based in Sevilla.It is a CoP Leader position following the standard responsibilities of CoP Leaders at L'olivier. The first steps into the role will be:Understanding our current solution landscape, how fit it is for our business and how it has to evolve to deliver on our Technology Strategy.Starting the Community of Practice and taking charge of the careers of the members of the community.Functions and Responsibilities:Managing 5 to 10 reports with an architecture career: Solution Architects, Software Architects, and potentially some Software Experts.Leading the Architecture Capability for the Tech Domain: driving Architecture practices, monitoring the Architecture activities and improving them.The Architecture CoP Leader will report to the CTO (at least during the first year and for functional reporting), attend the Capacity Committee of the Tech Domain and be a member of the L'olivier Tech Domain Leadership.The Community Lead is responsible for Community Skill Governance across Teams, personal development, people management, coaching and training of Community members.The Community Lead is responsible to measure, monitor and support improvement initiatives in the area of expertise given.The members of your community can be team members located in the agile teams of different trains, also component teams or shared service teams.Driving the development of the community you will combine the responsibilities of people development with technical leadership.Encourage personal development, providing adequate support of training and coaching, coordinating within budget.Provide an efficient level of people management, adhering to People Services best practice and governance.Proactively collect feedback for people evaluations to help map performance and behavioral competencies.Regularly assess the Tech Domain situation in the capability under responsibility and propose improvements plan.Track and analyze the performance metrics related to the practices covered by the community, review successes and failures to share insights and create opportunities for change.Update Tech Domain Management and Stakeholders on current performance, limitations and trends on the capability under responsibility.
