You'll engage with consumers, answer questions, resolve issues, and build positive brand relationships.Real-time Social Media Monitoring:Actively monitor General Mills' social media channels to identify and respond to consumer inquiries and comments promptly.Consumer Engagement:Engage with consumers in a friendly, professional, and informative manner, addressing their concerns and providing timely solutions.Crisis Management:Identify and respond to potential brand crises on social media, working closely with the crisis communications team to mitigate negative impact.Content Creation:Develop engaging social media content, such as posts, comments, and direct messages, that aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.Analytics & Reporting:Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and provide insights to inform future strategies.Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and legal, to ensure consistent messaging and effective crisis management.RequirementsWhat skills & experience you'll bring to us?Language Skills:Strong written and verbal communication skills in bothFrench and English .Technical Proficiency:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media management tools.Problem-Solving Skills:Ability to think critically, analyse complex issues, and develop effective solutions.Interpersonal Skills:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and consumers.Attention to Detail:Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in all work.Adaptability:Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.Passion for social media:A genuine interest in social media trends and a passion for engaging with consumers.Preferred Qualifications:1+ years of experience in consumer care or social media management.Experience with social listening tools.A strong understanding of the food industry and General Mills brands.BenefitsWhat do we offer?Start date:asapContract:Temporary 3 months (1-month probation period)Full time: (39 hours/week)Working days/Hours:Mon-Fri, 9-18, with one short day.
