We are looking for a Senior Social Media Specialist to join our international team across Europe.
Your role will involve balancing creative vision with operational efficiency, ensuring that all social media initiatives are executed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
You will also track performance metrics, analyze results, and optimize future campaigns based on insights to continuously improve our social media strategies.
Key Responsibilities Project & Client Management: Manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
Innovative Thinking & Strategy: Demonstrate innovative, strategic, and conceptual thinking for social media content.
Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with the Strategy team on pitch decks for internal and client projects, ensuring conceptual rationales align with the brief, strategic approach, and audience behavior.
Presentation & Pitching: Create presentation decks for both pitches and internal projects.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with a team of Creatives, Strategists, and Social Media Managers to brainstorm and develop concepts and with the Strategy team on pitch decks for internal and client projects, ensuring conceptual rationales align with the brief, strategic approach, and audience behavior.
Trendspotting & Adaptation: Stay constantly updated on trends and transformations across social media platforms, internet culture, pop culture, and online audience behavior.
Content Development: Conceptualize creative ideas for multiple social media platforms.
Insights & Ideation: Turn insights from the Research and Strategy teams into compelling content ideas.
Requirements Experience: 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within the agency or digital marketing space.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies for brands.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills to guide content creators and social media specialists.
Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, etc.)
and their role in brand growth.
Familiarity with influencer marketing, paid media, and outreach strategies.
Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversion rates) and creating detailed reports for stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr or similar).
Ability to multitask and manage several projects with competing deadlines.
Passionate about storytelling, brand building, and fostering online communities.
English C1.
Bonus Skills Native Portuguese speakers are highly valued.
Familiarity with social media tools like Sprinklr.
Knowledge of emerging social media trends and platforms.
