This role is essential in building our brand voice, fostering community engagement, and driving conversions and lead generation through targeted social media campaigns.
Using data-driven insights, the specialist will continuously refine strategies to align with business objectives and maximize ROI.Key Responsibilities Social Media Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve business goals, blending paid and organic tactics.
Ensure alignment with EyeCarePro's brand identity and target audience across multiple platforms.
Paid Social Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize cost-effective paid social campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive lead generation, and enhance conversions.
Manage budgets effectively to maximize campaign impact and conduct audience research to tailor content.
Content Creation and Curation: Oversee the creation, scheduling, and posting of high-quality content, including images, videos, GIFs, infographics, and written posts.
Ensure a consistent brand voice and tailor content for platform-specific engagement.
Campaign Management: Lead social media campaigns from conception through execution, including influencer partnerships and organic engagement strategies.
Develop and execute integrated campaigns that enhance reach, engagement, and conversions across both paid and organic channels.
Community Management and Engagement: Foster an active and engaged online community by responding to comments, handling customer inquiries, and encouraging positive conversations.
Integrate paid and organic community engagement efforts to maximize brand reach and positive sentiment.
Social Media Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, using insights to optimize both paid and organic strategies.
Ensure data-driven continuous improvement to enhance performance and engagement.
Trend Monitoring and Innovation: Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools.
Experiment with new features, content formats, and engagement tactics to keep EyeCarePro's social presence fresh and relevant.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, design, and product teams to ensure social media initiatives support broader marketing strategies
