Coordinate with Digital Marketing and SEO teams to drive social media campaigns supporting marketing objectives.
Work with the Graphics team to develop visually engaging, consistent social media content.
Engage with followers by responding to comments and inquiries to build an interactive community.
Track and analyze social media metrics (engagement, reach, followers) to refine strategies.
Stay updated on platform and industry trends to keep the company ahead in the social media landscape.
Required Qualifications: Proven experience in managing social media platforms and communities.
Proficiency in major social media platforms and management tools.
Proven experience in creating visually appealing content with a flair for storytelling.
Proven success in growing and engaging online communities.
Strong ability to interpret social media metrics and optimize content.
Strong project management and organizational skills, committed to meeting timelines.
Effective at engaging with peers and external teams in discussions and projects.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with paid social advertising strategies and tools.
