It has since then expanded to a team of over 600 committed employees working all over Spain.We are thrilled to have more than 40 nationalities working together and are very proud to see that our products and services are enjoyed by millions of users monthly around the globe.Responsibilities Develop a social media organic strategy that sets goals to increase brand awareness and engagement among the audience and builds campaigns that allow our projects to continue growing.Manage all social media channels: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.Strong skills and knowledge in video editing for Reels and TikTok.Develop a content plan to strengthen brand positioning and support the sale of different products and services.Research industry trends to develop engaging and compelling social marketing campaigns.Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign progress to improve our social marketing strategy over time.Develop a cohesive voice for the brand when interacting with customers online.Collaborate with our technical, sales, and customer teams to execute successful campaigns.Contribute to the growth and success of the business by diving into cross-functional tasks and projects as requested.Perform photography and video work for social media, making recordings approximately 2 times a month.Manage reputation platforms such as Trustpilot or Google My Business and organic Google searches.Run paid campaigns on Instagram and TikTok with low budgets.Use Excel and budget management to work with freelancers.Requirements Demonstrated work experience as a social media strategist (3 years).Hands-on experience in content management and storytelling.Highly analytical mind to manage KPI formulation and reporting.Excellent writing skills in English.Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video), especially in TikTok and Reels editing.Excellent multitasking skills.Experience working with different teams and showing results in reports.Entrepreneurial attitude and enthusiasm for spotting social and digital trends.Skills to record videos and take photos for social media.Experience with Excel and budget management to work with external parties.Benefits Top-notch private health insurance includes dental and psychological services.Full-time, permanent contract.Flexible time off, no blackout dates, plus your birthday, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve off.Hybrid work mode!
