For one of our main IT customers based in Sant Cugat, we are looking for a candidate with experience as Social Media Specialist.
General Data: Model : hybrid 40h per week Location: Sant Cugat del Vallés (Barcelona) Annual Gross Salary: 27-32K Start date: September 1st Main Tasks : Social Media Plan, develop and execute comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business and marketing objectives.
Monitor social media trends, best practices, new content and emerging technologies to enhance social media presence and effectiveness.
Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising policies.
Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to amplify reach and enhance brand awareness.
Content Creation Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to define & create overall marketing assets plan including messaging, imagery, videos, social media, website etc.

Work with selected agencies to ensure that content developed/created is relevant and appealing to the desired target audience and marketing goals and manage the upload of content in the different repositories.
Manage timelines and budget to ensure that assets are delivered on time and on budget.
Ensure content created is compliant with laws (e.g., copyright, relevant substantiation, and data protection etc.).
Requirements : Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, community management or a related field.
+7 years native English copywriting experience – ideally in B2B, industrial/manufacturing/3D printing sector.
+3 years Social Media / CRM experience – ideally in B2B, industrial/manufacturing/3D printing sector.
Able to handle both technical copywriting.
In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn.
Knowledge in video and photo editing for Social Media.
Experience using social media management tools and analytics platforms to track performance and inform strategies (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprinklr).
Strong understanding of social media advertising.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret metrics and give recommendations on best practices.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Communication skills: able to identify and communicate with different content providers/stakeholders within the business.
Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Adaptability and agility as priorities may change.
Comfortable working with a wide variety of stakeholders and partners across various geographies/timezones – technical, marketing, agencies, etc.

Example Deliverables (Not Limited to the List Below) : Copywriting deliverables: Customer use case study content in a variety of formats – written case studies (2-page pdf), event signage content, slide content, 1 min read blogpost/shortform content.
Identify 3D Print industry trending topics.
Social Media deliverables: Leads Social Media editorial calendar/content planning + post creation (avg 3-4 posts/week) + community engagement/response management for 2 channels.
Monitors performance and provides regular reports.
Optimizes strategy/tactics/content to improve Social Media performance (grow channel followers, increase impressions/reach, improve engagement rate).
Languages: Native English speaker.
