Social Media Specialist, Brazilian Market

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM: The Knot Worldwide (TKWW) is looking for a Social media specialist for our brand in Brazil (casamentos.com.br).
You will be responsible for managing and nurturing the content of Brazil's social networks, seeking to achieve the goals set and creating frequent reports on results.
Your position will be based in our office in the center of Barcelona.RESPONSIBILITIES: * Co-define, create and execute Social Media content across channels.
Unique and engaging content while maintaining brand standards, voice and style.* Develop your own creative, strategic and highly engaging video content to grow our TikTok and Reels audiences.* Encourage collaborations and strategic partnerships.* Generate brand awareness and community.* Implement strategies for the development of new platforms (social media).* Research and acquisition of new influencers.* Writing social media texts for the brand.* Regular reporting on KPIs, trends and competitors.* Analyze and understand the audience to create and propose insightful content that drives action.* Analysis and monitoring of competitors and our users and vendors.SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE: * 2-3 years' experience building and deploying local and international social media end-to-end campaigns.* Be an epic team player, collaborator and innovation agent.* Self-sufficiency and enthusiasm with creating their own TikTok and Reels.* Comfortable with being in front of the camera and being the face of a brand.* Familiarity with all social media marketing trends.* Experience in brand & audience based media planning principles.* Self-starter with excellent organization skills and ability to multitask.* Strong proficiency and experience working with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok and Pinterest platforms * Creative thinker with strong analytical skills -- comfortable interpreting data, deriving actionable media insights and using them to inform future campaigns * Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment * Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (Portuguese).* Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated with "can-do" attitude.* Previous experience with influencers and generating brand community is a plus.* At The Knot Worldwide, we believe you are more than a resume and invite you to go for it, take the leap of faith, and apply for this job if it sparks your passion to join TKWW and make a difference!
