Tasks
Your responsibilities and impact as a B2B Technical Support Agent will be:
Addressing any B2B partners' IT-related issues that may arise throughout their workday
Assisting customers through various channels such as email and phone
Recording and documenting calls using the ticketing tool
Elevating issues to the relevant teams for resolution
Enhancing and sustaining customer satisfaction levels
Collaborating with direct teammates and various departments through effective communication
Requirements
Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:
You speak Dutch and English fluently
You are interested in learning more about IT
You display analytical and systematic problem-solving abilities
You possess outstanding communication skills and the mindset of a team player
You are reliable, punctual, and looking for a long-term employer
You are in possession of a passport (if you don't have the NIE and SSN already)
You live or are willing to relocate in a radius of 100 km away from Barcelona

39hrs/week (from Monday to Friday, rotative shifts between 7:00 - 17:30)
Working 2 days in the office, every 2 weeks (4 days a month)
1st month of training will be in the office in Barcelona, 2 months of training on-site in Belgium to meet the team and the company
