As a Marketing Manager at Tidio, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's online presence and driving engagement across key platforms. You'll be responsible for managing our social media channels, with a focus on LinkedIn and introducing TikTok, as well as leading high-impact webinars and events that position Tidio as a thought leader in the industry. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the areas below: Social Media Management Lead the strategy and execution of our social media presence with a focus on LinkedIn and YouTube and the introduction of TikTok and Instagram as new channels. Create and schedule engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and goals, aiming to increase visibility and follower growth. Monitor social media trends, performance, and key metrics to optimize campaigns and content. Engage with our community, responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and brand-consistent manner. Webinars Plan, promote, and execute high-quality webinars to drive thought leadership and lead generation. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to source speakers, develop webinar content, and ensure smooth execution. Events & Conferences Organize, coordinate, and promote events (industry conferences, trade shows, networking opportunities). Oversee event logistics, from registration and promotion to on-the-ground execution and post-event reporting. Awards Identify opportunities for industry awards and oversee submissions, ensuring Tidio is represented for relevant accolades. Develop strong relationships with award bodies and maintain a calendar of key deadlines. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing Proven expertise in social media management, events, and/or webinars. Experience with LinkedIn & YouTube and strong understanding of its use for B2B marketing; familiarity with or readiness to explore TikTok for brand-building. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging across platforms. Bonus points for: Knowledge of video content creation or familiarity with tools such as InShot, CapCut or equivalent for social media. Experience in managing award submissions and achieving industry recognition. Understanding of SEO best practices and how content can enhance organic growth. Experience with marketing tools and platforms such as HubSpot, Synthesia AI, Contrast, or similar.
