MAKE IT SIMPLE. MAKE IT MEMORABLE. As a Social Media Manager, you will join our Social Media department within a senior role reporting directly to the Head of Social Media. For this position, we need a hands-on and out-of-the-box profile. In addition, you will have to manage a small team of people and liaise with many departments and accounts of both the client (a leading automotive group) and our own agency.
Your accountabilities:Day-to-day management of the Social Media projects under your responsibility, including the use of client tools, advice on paid and creative reports, and community management.Delivery of group and brand strategies to implement them on the channels.Creation and implementation of own strategies in organic and paid.Planning, development, programming, and content management for social channels.Team management for the implementation of campaigns, day-to-day content, monitoring, and client management.Preparation of reports on the social media performance of the accounts under your responsibility, as well as competition reports and benchmarking.Incident management and customer care.Collaboration with international social media departments and clients to move forward with calendars and campaigns.Trend analysis and studies for the extraction of insights valuable for clients and the agency.Qualifications:High technical knowledge of platforms, connection of digital assets, and use of social media publishing tools (Sprinklr) or listening.Professional background related to digital, with the ability to address challenges that may arise.We are not looking for gurus of social networks, but professionals in Social Media communication.Strategic vision on social networks and digital communication.High knowledge of Paid Media at a structural level (set-up) and campaigns optimization.Professional level of English (C1) to communicate with international stakeholders.
