We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our Social Media team located in Madrid.

Mission

To enhance and expand the brand's online presence through strategic social media management, content creation, trend engagement, and analytical insights. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for the daily oversight of the brand's social media channels, ensuring consistent and engaging content that resonates with our audience while fostering a vibrant community.

Job Functions

Daily social media management of channels across the main social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X...) including community management.

Content planning and creation across social media channels always to ensure consistency in brand messaging.

Trend hacking: being aware about the latest social media trends and replying when possible with content & conversations.

Social media consultancy implementing best practices and offering expert guidance on strategy, content creation, and community engagement to maximize brand presence and audience reach.

Coordination of campaigns and activations with other brands, agencies and influencers.

Maintain and nurture client relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are met through effective communication, strategic planning, and proactive problem-solving.

Utilize data analytics tools to extract valuable insights from marketing campaigns and performance metrics.

Requirements University Degree / Master is a plus.

2+ years working on social media strategies.

Experience in Agency and client management is mandatory.

Social media knowledge.

Understanding of the key main platforms: Meta, TikTok, Twitter, Twitch, LinkedIn...

English is necessary, any other language is a plus.
