This role is a full-time position, fully paid contract. You will play a key role in driving our digital marketing efforts, including public relations, social media management, lead generation, and email marketing.
Responsibilities As a Social Media Manager, you will:
Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels to boost brand visibility, generate leads, and drive sales. Google Ads & PPC: Manage and optimize Google Ads, paid ad campaigns, and PPC strategies to ensure high performance and ROI. Social Media Management: Curate, create, and manage engaging content across social media platforms, including Facebook, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and goals. Lead Generation: Implement and oversee strategies for generating and nurturing leads through digital channels. Email Marketing: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, from creation to execution and analysis. Public Relations: Handle public relations tasks to enhance the company's reputation and reach. Communication: Use WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom extensively for daily communication with the team and stakeholders. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights for continuous improvement. Requirements The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in Digital Marketing: Proven track record in digital marketing, including public relations, social media management, lead generation, and email marketing. Google Ads & PPC Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing Google Ads, PPC campaigns, and paid Facebook ads. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in using WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom for daily communication. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret data to optimize marketing efforts and drive results. Creative Mindset: Innovative and creative approach to developing and executing marketing campaigns. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms. Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours to meet the demands of the role. Be self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively. Have a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
