You'll be the architect of our social media strategy, ensuring that every post reflects our brand's personality and resonates with our audience, and will have significant input into broader brand strategy and influencer strategy. This role reports directly to the CGO.Note: this is a contract position of 20hrs per week with the intention of conversion to full-time.What you'll do Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversionCreate and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, and LinkedInManage all social media channels, including scheduling posts, monitoring comments and messages, and responding to inquiries in a timely mannerAnalyze social media data and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize content strategyCollaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives, product launches, and campaignsStay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and integrate them into our strategy as appropriateBuild and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and other relevant stakeholders to amplify our brand reachRequired 3+ years experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaignsIn-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practicesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativityPhoto and video production experience, particularly for social platformsStrong familiarity with graphic design and video editing software (e.G., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc
