Social Media Executive Drive content creation and make sure it is at highest standards, complying with brand guidelines across all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Linkdin, etc) Manage agencies and partner with different departments to develop social media content to cover all hotel programs and initiatives, and own the social content calendar Be sensitive to issues, potential crisis online and offline, escalate to line manager or Director of Communications when necessary Manage the hotel's online community and grow its database, to ultimately, meet revenue targets Be on top of digital marketing and industry trends, be able to turn observations and data into insights to contribute to the hotel's overall communication strategies Responsible for monthly performance analytics Collaborate with photographers, videographers, editors, and content creators to oversee the creation of compelling and optimized content for various hotel and F&B outlet social media platforms. This includes text, images, videos, and graphics, while maintaining adherence to brand guidelines. Lead and manage all aspects of photo shoots and videos from start to finish, including preparing mood boards, briefing the corresponding creative agencies and talents (if required), booking locations, and creating shooting schedules. Optimize content for publication on multiple social media platforms and digital channels, including but not limited to social media (Facebook, Instagram, WeChat etc), website, email campaigns, and media channels. Be a brand ambassador for Rosewood Villa Magna, both online and offline. REQUIREMENTS A degree in Marketing, Communications, and/or a related discipline is preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience either from an agency or in-house, with hands-on planning and execution across Facebook and Instagram, or editorial roles with a focus on social media from reputable publications or online portals. Presentable and self-starter with good business acumen. Possess practical skills in photography, photo editing, video editing, and basic graphic design. Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Creative Suite will be an advantage. Creativity to propose and execute innovative advertising campaigns Knowledge of SEO and Digital marketing and its impact on the creation of content for networks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English are a must.
