About the Role Fabbric is seeking a talented and visionary Social Media & Content Strategy Manager to join our team.
You'll work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to bring innovative ideas and engaging content to life.
This is your opportunity to lead the creative strategy for a company that's shaping the future of fashion tech.
The ideal candidate must be highly creative, strategic, and experienced in content creation and marketing.
You'll be responsible for crafting premium content, developing a strong brand identity, and ensuring creative consistency across all platforms.
Responsibilities: Social Media: Create content (reels, stories and posts) focused on attracting people who want to start a fashion brand, explaining how the manufacturing and fashion industry works.
Showcase new partnerships and launch campaigns with influencers (micro and macro).
Focus on content creation for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Email Marketing: Send value-packed content to users, nurturing them with product updates (e.G., new categories, styles), new app features, and new options.
Website and Other Content: Generate content related to fashion manufacturing (SEO purpose).
Further develop and launch our new fashion course (Fabbric Academy).
Create and adapt banners while ensuring visual consistency.
Coordinate branded campaigns with external filmmakers or photographers.
Creative Development: Formulate original concepts based on market trends and audience insights.
Champion the artistic vision aligned with the companies strategy.
Oversee budgets and timelines effectively while maintaining high-quality output.
Team Collaboration and Quality Assurance: Collaborate with Design, UX, Go-to-Market, and Production teams to leverage information and ensure seamless execution.
Ensure creative consistency throughout all phases of active projects.
About You: We're looking for someone who… Has 3+ years of experience in content strategy and creation.
Is native or fluent in Spanish and English , with exceptional skills in both writing and speaking .
Clearly dominates design software such as Adobe Suite and Canva, with a strong eye for aesthetics.
Is deeply passionate about fashion, storytelling, branding, and crafting impactful content.
Brings proven expertise in creating diverse content types, including reports, eBooks, and marketing materials
