We are looking for a bubbly, smart and detailed social media lead to help continue the journey of our fast-growing brands in Spain: NOCCO, Barebells and Vitamin Well.
The Role as Social Media & Content Lead As Social Media & Content Lead, you will lead, optimise, and measure our activities in Spain and across social media platforms, with a particular focus on TikTok and Instagram.
You are both a brand and people person – understanding the importance of brand consistency while valuing every consumer who engages with us digitally.You will be a creative lead within the team, challenging both internal and external perspectives on how and where our brands should evolve digitally.
You will stay ahead of key lifestyle trends, identifying opportunities that could translate into brand and commercial success.
Your work will include creating outstanding content for today's platforms while constantly seeking out what is next, spotting trends before they even emerge.This role reports to the Head of Marketing Spain and sits within the marketing team based in Madrid.
You will oversee social media platforms across three brands (TikTok and Instagram) and manage part-time TikTok content creators, guiding and supporting their efforts.What You Will Be Working On: Social Media: Develop and execute a cohesive Spain social media strategy across TikTok and Instagram, with a focus on driving engagement and reaching new audiences.Content Creation and Planning: Establish content pillars for each brand and maintain a robust content pipeline, leveraging events, ambassadors, partners, shoots, retail listings, e-commerce opportunities, community engagement, and trending topics.Campaign Alignment: Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with key campaign moments across all three brands, such as product launches, events, and national campaigns.Influencer Collaborations: Plan, negotiate, and manage short-term partnerships with influencers and content creators across TikTok and Instagram.Community Management: Actively engage with our online audience by responding to comments, direct messages, and tagged posts to grow engagement and followers.Brand Tone of Voice: Ensure a consistent and appropriate tone of voice across all channels.Paid Ads: Plan and execute paid ads on Meta and TikTok to drive awareness
